TOM GINN, ADVANCEMENT DIRECTOR
Tom has 20 years of coaching experience, beginning his journey coaching a middle school team while still in 10th grade. His career includes spells with the New York Red Bulls in the US, and Leicester City and AFC Wimbledon in the UK. A graduate of Loughborough University, Tom was awarded a prize for his research into coaching methodologies and later achieved his UEFA B Licence in London.
In 2024, Tom was voted EDP Small-Sided Coach of the Year, recognising his impact on player development and team success. He currently coaches Albion Brooklyn’s successful 2012 EA team, who were National Quarter Finalists last Spring and have also competed against Real Madrid in the knockout rounds of the MIC tournament in Spain – one of the highlights of his coaching career. Over the years, Tom has also helped develop numerous players who have gone on to play in college programs and the Premier League.
Tom is now Advancement Director at Albion Brooklyn, overseeing the club’s U11–U14 age groups and bringing his expertise in nurturing technically gifted, intelligent players to the program. His coaching philosophy is to create amazing experiences for players, helping them build a lifelong love for the game while maximising their potential. As Advisory Director at St John’s Wood FC, Tom provides Albion players with a valuable London network and opportunities to gain international playing experiences alongside peers from other countries
